Free and Starter plans process one export at a time. Pro processes up to 3 exports in parallel, so your designs export simultaneously instead of one-by-one. A batch that takes 60 minutes on Free finishes in roughly 20 minutes on Pro.
When multiple users are exporting at the same time, Pro exports are processed first. Your jobs jump to the front of the line.
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
No. We process exports temporarily and delete all files after your ZIP is generated. Download links expire after 7, 14, or 90 days depending on your plan.
