DesignExporter is a tool that lets you bulk-download designs from your Canva account. By using DesignExporter, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You connect your own Canva account to use DesignExporter. You're responsible for your Canva account and for making sure you have the right to download the designs you export. We don't check whether you own the designs or have permission to download them. That's on you.
We access your Canva account through Canva's official API with view-only permissions. We cannot edit, delete, or share your designs. You can revoke our access at any time through your Canva account settings.
DesignExporter lets you select designs across multiple Canva folders, choose a file format, set custom file names, and receive a ZIP file by email. The number of exports you can run depends on your plan:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you can keep using the service until your billing period ends, but you won't get a prorated refund.
After an export, we email you a download link for your ZIP file. These links expire after 7 days (Free), 14 days (Starter), or 90 days (Pro). After expiry, the file is deleted and we can't recover it. Download your files before the link expires.
Don't use DesignExporter to spam Canva's servers, scrape content that isn't yours, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service. This includes using automated tools to trigger exports beyond normal human usage.
Your designs belong to you (or whoever owns them in Canva). We don't claim any rights to your content. We only access your designs temporarily to process your exports, then we delete everything. We never look at, use, or share your designs for any other purpose.
We do our best to keep DesignExporter running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes things break, Canva's API goes down, or we need to do maintenance. We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime or export failures.
DesignExporter is an official Canva-approved integration that has passed Canva's integration review process. We are not made by or sponsored by Canva. “Canva” is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. We use Canva's public API according to their terms.
DesignExporter is provided “as is.” We're not responsible for lost files, failed exports, corrupted downloads, or any other damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. Use the service at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
